Samantha & Chris's Wedding in Thorner Village

On Saturday the 28th of May Samantha & Chris got married formally at the beautiful St Peters Church in their home village of Thorner. The day started with the girls and Sam's family getting ready at her family home.

The next day the beautiful couple held a larger party for all of their friends and relative at the very grand Thicket priory near York. The day began with the ladies getting ready in the luxury bridal suite...

Over to see the boys... who myself and second shooter Aimee met at the local pub.

We had time to shoot most of the family photos outside the beautiful church then we headed up the road to the main party, which was held in a massive tent marquee. The smaller tents were hired for guests to stay in!

The drinks and canapés were flowing! The coffee's especially were appreciated by me!

The speeches were hilarious... Sam's Maid of honour Catherine rapped to the fresh prince of bel-air!

We had more time then to capture The bridesmaids, flower girls, groomsmen and page boys.

Time to PARTAY!!!!!

With the gorgeous sunshine on us all day we took Sam and Chris back out to get some golden hour couple portraits.
