I always said 'When we get married we are having Vivienne take our wedding pics'.
Something I was very confident about and stood by for many years knowing she would do an absolutely amazing job- and she did!

The pictures are everything we wanted. Natural, beautiful and capturing the fun & special moments from our day.

I can't recommend her enough, she is professional, reliable and made us all feel really relaxed and comfortable all day. Everyone in our wedding party all said how great she was and we had many people asking how long we had known Vivienne for as if she was an old friend!

Can't thank you enough Vivienne for your beautiful images captured on our wedding day.

Thank you Charlotte & Thom!

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking as soon as you have a date set for your wedding, some couples even enquire as soon as they get engaged.

What is your approach on the wedding day?

I love photographing people naturally, no forced smiles, no cheesy poses.  I like to blend into the background, capturing all of the fun and emotion as it happens in a relaxed, friendly manner.  The times I take a step forward are during the group photographs if any have been requested.  I also like to direct a little during the posed portraits of the two of you together, just to help you look your best!

What equipment do you use / bring with you?

Im a canon lover and use my new R5 and 2 5D's throughout the day. This way I have my favourite lenses already attached and I'm ready to snap away so I don't miss an important moment. I also have back up gear incase of an disasters!

I don't carry around too much lighting equipment as I'm a massive natural light lover and shoot 90-100% of a wedding day without flash. Natural light helps to emulate the true atmosphere of your day. If your evening do is dimly lit then I use a video light to help slightly brighten the image whilst capturing the dancing!

Do you shoot posed family portraits?

Of course! I understand how important it is to capture your family together during this happy time. I ask that prior to your wedding day you send me a list of up to 10 group photographs you'd like capturing. This can take around 30 minutes so try to keep these at a minimum.

How much time should we set aside for photographs on the day?

Once we have finished shooting your group / family photographs (20-30 mins)  I like to spend at least another 20-30 minutes for your couple portraits. So if planning your timings please set aside around 1 hour/ 60 minutes after your ceremony for photographs. I also watch the light during the day and if its looking like a glorious sunset I ask if you would both like to pop back outside to capture more images. I don’t like to take you away from your guests and celebrations for too long.

How do I book you for my wedding?

The first step is to get in touch with me. I always like to meet couples prior to booking for a coffee as you can get a much better feel face to face if I'm going to be the right photographer for your special day. If you want to book i send you a form to fill in a send back to me and i ask for £200 non-refundable deposit to save your date!

What packages do you provide?

My main package which includes myself plus a 2nd shooter for around 12 hours and all high res images can be downloaded 2-4 weeks after via an online gallery. This package is £2000 and you can add on extras for example a wedding album or USB.

Do you travel to photograph weddings?

Absolutely, I actively seek out Destination Weddings! If you are looking at booking your wedding abroad please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

What are your basic payment terms?

In addition to a signed contract, I require £200 deposit to secure your wedding date. The balance is then due at least 14 days prior to your wedding date.

Are you insured?

Yes, absolutely.

How many photos do we get and when?

My average delivery time for the full gallery of images is currently around 2-4 weeks. I also do my best to deliver a few teaser images on my blog within a couple of days. Every wedding is different so I can never commit to an exact number, but I tell clients when we meet that I usually deliver between 800-1000 images for a 12hr wedding day.

Are the images you deliver to us edited?

Yes, I would never deliver any RAW or un-edited files to a client. After I have selected the final images for delivery I then edit each file individually before converting to a full resolution jpeg file, which you will receive via electronic download from your private gallery.

Do you offer wedding albums?

I offer Graphi studio young book albums which can be purchased after your wedding. A 30 page luxury book costs £750
